UTILITY COORDINATION
Our Utility Coordination Section, headed by a Professional Engineer, is backed by a knowledgeable team of right-of-way and land agents with comprehensive experience in utility coordination at all levels, including developing agreement assemblies for the reimbursement of cost incurred due to the required relocations.
Projects sponsored by the State or local municipality may necessitate the modification or relocation of utility facilities due to proposed construction. Utility Coordination can be used to resolve conflict problems on many construction projects, public or private, where it is determined that some form of utility relocation may be needed. Early coordination allows cross flow of information; gives affected utilities sufficient time to plan new routes for their facilities; and provides project designers time to work out a design compromise with utilities that will benefit both sides. Let us help your firm determine the best method to resolve those conflicts and recover the cost of providing a resolution to the problem.
Utility Coordination takes the guess work out of utility conflicts, brings a new tool to project development.
Our experienced Utility Coordination staff brings competence, experience and professional service to your project, providing:
• Conflict Identification
• Site Management

• Project Tracking Graphics
• Agreement Assembly and Processing
