Archie Stout, RPLS Joins SAM, Inc. as Houston Office Manager
January 2009 - Surveying And Mapping, Inc. (SAM, Inc.) is pleased to announce that Archie Stout, RPLS has joined the firm as Manager of our Houston Office. Archie brings more than 35 years of comprehensive management experience in the land surveying industry, with an established presence in the Houston area. His surveying experience includes all aspects of boundary, design and construction surveying, including the establishment and adjustment of horizontal and vertical controls for boundary, engineering, highway, route, subdivision, levee and flood control surveys.
Prior to joining SAM, Inc., Archie was survey department manager/partner in a large engineering and land surveying firm located in Houston . He served as Survey Manager on four evergreen survey contracts for the TxDOT Houston District. As Office Manager in Houston, Archie will lead marketing and operations for our Houston office.
