SR. PROJECT MANAGER – Austin , TX
Surveying And Mapping, Inc. (SAM, Inc.) is an established Land Surveying, Aerial Mapping and SUE firm. Headquartered in Texas , and with more than 150 employees, our diverse client base and strong regional presence has us set for continued growth. We are searching for an ambitious and decisive senior level registered surveyor to manage and sell large-scale projects for the firm. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in a well-established organization with upward mobility at the senior staff level. We are looking for someone with a unique mix of technical depth, leadership skills and business acumen.
Successful candidate must have the following experience:
+ 15+ years experience in Land Surveying
+ Leadership skills to manage multiple registered surveyors, technicians and field crews to accomplish complex multi-disciplinary projects with fees in excess of $4M
+ Experience with contract negotiations, budget and fee estimates, and client maintenance
+ Aptitude for networking, marketing and business development
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills (writing samples requested)
